ADHD/Autism referrals

To be referred for ADHD/ autism please contact reception to get the relevant forms.

Please be aware, if you refer privately or through the ‘Right to choose’ pathway, it could incur cost to yourself for services and any prescriptions as we DO NOT accept shared care agreements from private providers.

Shared care agreements must go through out local NHS pathways if you want any prescriptions on the NHS.

You can be referred to NeSS on the NHS but there is a long delay for assessment.
