Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening Services (AAA Screening services)
The NHS Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening Programme’s main aim is to reduce the number of deaths from ruptured AAAs.
In addition to GP consultations the practice adheres to the General Medical Services Contract for the provision of healthcare services:

- Coronary heart disease
- Dementia
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Hypertension
- Learning Disabilities
- Mental Health
- Osteoporosis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
If diagnosed with any of the above conditions then you will have at least an annual review of your condition including a physical health check, blood tests, blood pressure check, and urine tests, and medication review (if applicable). These will be undertaken by a combination of health care assistants, practice nurses, Pharmacists, and GPs.
