You Said, We Did!

From our recent patient survey taken in 2024, we have the best results we have ever had! We want to thank all the patients that took part in the surgery.

 

You said: ‘The waiting area looks really dated’

We did: We have renovated the waiting area to make it more bright and spacious. We have also got a new TV in the waiting room where we can show relevant updates for patients.

 

You said: “You are having to wait in a long queue for the reception desk”

We did: We have got a new self-checker screen in reception for patients to book themselves in for their appointments meaning they no longer have to queue to arrive themselves
